Transactions are made by credit cards (Visa or MasterCard).
An identity card can be asked on your arrival.
To book your stay:
25% of the total amount of the stay is asked. We do the transation by phone or e-mail. Your bill/contract is usually sent by e-mail, unless your prefer post. Transactions appear on your credit card account under the name Chalet Sainte-Marie.
Final paiement:
Upon arrival.
Cancelling your stay:
The 255 you gave is kept for a further stay, for a period of one year, from the date you booked for.
Deposit:
500$ is blocked on your credit card upon arrival, is case you steal or break something, except normal use. That amount is unblocked after the cottage has been clean, afetr your departure, unless you caused problems. If you damage for more than 500$, ou still have to assume the bill.
Arrival: from 4pm
Departure: before 11am
We could arrive before, in case the cottage is not rented the nght before your arrival, with authorisation first.
The prices can change without prior notice, but afetr booking, the prices apperaing on your bill/contract are garantied for your stay.
